Welcome to Passn. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Passn.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Passn. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Passn to:

• show nudity, sexual content, or engage in sexual activity on camera;
• harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other users;
• share hateful, violent, or illegal content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your age or identity;
• record, screenshot, or redistribute another user without consent;
• spam, advertise, scam, or solicit money from other users.

3. Moderation & enforcement

Users can report and block others. We may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Rules, with or without notice.

4. Content & privacy

Video conversations are peer-to-peer and are not recorded by Passn. Text messages exist only for the duration of a match. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.

5. Disclaimer

Passn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You interact with strangers at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

6. Termination

You may stop using Passn at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
